We just need a %help command in general which lists and explains what the other commands do. This could be accompanied by a message in the combat log upon login which says "Type %help for a list of available commands."

I missed the weapons on the ship even though i went everywhere(might just been blind). In the sewers i hit a point where it was dark and couldent see where to keep going and then just thought.. Nice that they made it but this is just a turnoff. I got out due to %skipprologue but the overall prologue expierence was not fun.

The weapons are on the rack beside the door in your cabin room. You have a choice on what to pick that suits a fighting style (TWF, two-handed, sword-and-board, or none).
Light issues seem to be a major turnoff. Possibly add some lighting in areas you're "supposed" to go before you get a torch. Has the double benefit of tickling the reptilian part of our brains that tell us lighted areas are safe to go to.

Hello,
I logged in by the first time last night, after an hour or so spent in character creation, swallowing in the new kind-of-d100-system. I enjoyed the learning process greatly, realizing a whole new engine built for a game I've played for so many years! I found the help windows and texts very intuitive and explanatory, however, I did have to read a few explanations through more than just once so I could understand the underlying logic. I had some basic understanding of a d100 system already, so I picked up the gist of it.
The next I was thrown about in the game-world and the tutorial in question!
I like it a lot, it is very well made and explaining each individual game component clearly and in my opinion in an user-friendly fashion.
The sewer-area is vast, true, but I didin't feel at any point that I was mislead in any direction or missed a cue. I took the natural way of progression that felt prudent for myself.
Rather, the builders have made a great product out from the nwn2 aurora-engine with all of its flaws. I especially hate the way nwn2 goes about navigating and pathing their characters, and the clunky way that nwn2 handles movement in the environment. The question of dim light in the area I considered aptly placed, I believe I had the choice of a torch from fairly early. The fuel meter wasn't dropping that rapidly to give me any reason to stress for it to run out, it was a conscious decision of either wielding a torch or a shield off-hand. I believe the tutorial prompted me clearly enough of the situation at hand and the underlying risks if I choose not to follow the guide along, it gave me a sort of thrill for danger, knowing that I'd kick the proverbial bucket if I did things wrong!
I like to think that this kind of decision-making will give the player the realistic options to choose from for any situation, however, I am unsure if in this case there were any penalties from attempting a "stealth" -mode while having a torch in hand. I don't think the tutorial was unfair at any point, I can certainly see at some points that you would have to consider your situation in a different angle as opposed to the normal game. The swimming mechanic especially did not cause me any issues and felt that the stamina-drain justified considering the span of movement.
All in all, I was very positively surprised by the quality of this tutorial. Now, I agree it took a long time to get through. But I enjoyed and was excited through the whole trip, learning new things and enjoying the well written flavour texts spread throughout the experience, harkening to some H.P. Lovecraft in my heart.
I admit, I am a very technically oriented individual. I admire the marvel of logically functioning machine in front of me and get facinated by the variables it runs off with. I would recommend anyone to go through it once, doing it 2nd time is mayhaps neglible although the atmosphere still has a nice edge to it, should you want to read some of the flavour-texts again.

Feedback on the new tutorial: I like it, it does in fact save time, and gets you into the the proper world quicker. There is one thing I have to say, though: The Skip tutorial button doesn't seem to go away. I dunno, maybe it takes a re-log for it to disapper, but when I last checked, it doesn't show up on anything but the new character. Aside from that- I think it's great. Gets you introduced to the mechanics nicely, and I think the fact that i's not nearly as dark as it used to be will solve that issue of people saying they weren't able to see.
