*Grayson speaks up, beginning the conversation*
I will be the first to admit that all of this science and medical knowledge has flown right over my head. However, the ethics and logic of the situation I grasp quite well.
We cannot keep Finn locked up here much longer. Aside from the fact that we have essentially begun to imprison the boy, just as his other pursuers have done, we can no longer find food in substantial enough quantities to sate his steadily growing appetites, and continuing to attempt to do so only puts the city at risk of starvation once again.
His hunger is beginning to seem endless. The moment food disappears from in front of him, he is hungry again, and the moment it appears he is consumed by the need to feed as if an animal might be. When food is before him, I see no Finn in his eyes, only whatever madness and disease is driving and slowly consuming him.
You have asked me what he was like when I first encountered him, if he was calmer then. He was almost naïve, overcome with wonder at beholding the city and the cathedral for the first time. He was almost shy, and I would not have been able to believe him capable of hurting a fly. Now, a drop of his blood into the water supply would condemn all of Calidor, and many have already lost their lives simply to being between him and either escape or food.
As much as I hate myself for suggesting it, he is more and more reminding me of that poor wolf in the swamps, overcome with pain at its infection.
So I ask you, Doc, James, Miao..... not if you can cure this, for with a vast amount of time I believe you three capable of anything. No, I ask if you can cure this soon, for if not I fear we have only two choices before us. Letting Finn loose upon the streets of Calidor and the world at large, and putting vast amounts of people at risk. Or..... never letting him leave at all, and ending his misery so that he no longer has to endure it.
*He seems to grow increasingly uncomfortable as his small speech winds on, turning quiet at the end to hear the others opinions. His gaze, however, appears to grow distant at his final grim suggestion, as if a man preparing for an inevitably unpleasant task.*
\\ We need to add Sarah in! She was there, she just dropped out B/C internet problems I think?

This plot is ending tomorrow night. You have a little over 24 hours to post your thoughts/opinions on the matter otherwise I let Ronan single handedly determine the outcome.

Sarah frowns.
"I do not believe we can cure him in a timely manner. He is also entirely too volatile to let loose - not to mention infectious." The girl's brow furrows as she turns to the collective others. "Unless you all have a plan with some insight I am not privy to, as your medical knowledge in general and of this particular case is superior to my own, I fear our only option is to put the poor boy out of his misery... which I am not even sure if we know how to do that, either."

"Barring some dramatic efforts of psuedo-science, such as inserting a toxic metal into him surgically, or attempting to implant dead acid glands to hopefully revive within him and produce acid to balance him out, I am not sure there is a 'cure', as it were. Perhaps, given time, he will balance out, once he's come through his growing phase.
The only other alternative I can think of is to enter him into a deep, deep freeze, and continue to work away at the issue, and if we find a curative, we can thaw him out then."

Kitara studies Grayson's expression long and hard. "I vill back your choice Grayson. I vish ve could aid ze boy, and part of me still zinks maybe zere is somezing to ze prophecy but I find myself zinking it ever more unlikely zat such a person vould be sent from God. His behavior has been heinous and seemingly unzinking even for a teenager from ze day ve found him."
