I'll just append this with noting that the Counterweight mod is on at least one of every twf characters weapons and in some cases, one of single weapon types for an additional +2 AB in flanking. So the extra equivalent 20 tier of weapon AB makes flanking even more lucrative for any build. You miss high dodge targets far less and confirm crits far more with the +4 overall bonus. This is pretty significant.
This bonus is available every single round at full APR throughout the entire combat vs the current opponent, unlike the pure hide/attack bonuses, where hide needs to be re-established (via some means) which takes up valuable combat rounds.

Some numbers to show that flanking damage is down significantly, Stealth used to be my highest skill. In a few days of dungeons it's now my 3rd highest.
