Throughout the Trade Quarter, Docks, and the University of Calidor campus a series of flyers are posted, resembling a similar proliferation two years prior to the week.

Allie stares at the poster, a long and hard stare. It was the stare of a proprietor who heard a knock on the door and opened it to find someone wearing a business suit, a briefcase, and a snake-oiled smile.
She sticks her thumbs in her belt with abrupt force before turning to walk away.

A missive finds it's way to the P.O. box a few days latter, written in an elegant, flowing handwriting.

The crumpled flyer had found it's way onto her desk, battered by the elements and stained with the greasy prints of workshop proletariat. Dim light catching the satin sheen of long legs legs that peeked from the drape of her robe, her ankles lay crossed on the wooden lip of the table. Eva leaned back in her chair; a plume of smoke pirouette over inked parchment as it's contents were considered. Upon plump lips, a hum resonated with thoughtful melody.
The letter sent to supplied address was scribed with calligrapher's ink, it's cursive pristine, and beholden to the lingering scent of expensive perfume. The subject matter was devoid of reason beyond an assertive interest.

A simple note of declared interest followed, from the desk (or bedside table), of one Ellena di Aldana. Health providing, she would come.

An elf was wandering around the docks, new to the city and in need of coin, spreading quiet word of healing services for those in need. It was there he was shown a flyer, offering generous pay for those interested in a voyage. With little loyalties requiring his stay in Calidor, he would pen a letter and deliver it to the post office box detailed in the flyer.
Enclosed is the address that the elf finds himself staying currently, a room at the Sinkhole, having not established himself with the post office.

Spotting this notice Bear (Hallbjorn Hildegarde) makes his interest known, leaving his contact details , his name and his statement of interest/skills as simply.... " I am the shield that bleeds so you do not have to"

As she came upon the flyer while styill getting her bearings in the city, Katarina Linwood paused to take a better look at it. She eyed the thing and the text it held for some long, thoughtful moments before she continued her way. Later, a letter with her interest to sign up for the condition would find its way to the postbox mentioned on the flyer.

James finds the completely unnecessary and probably unsurprising missive on his desk.

Ira finds the posting stamped to the Sinkhole floor by a gritty, dank boot print. With ample time to eye it while he ambled back to his room, he made his way to his desk, swept a few empty bottles and gun cleaning utensils aside, and drafted up a reply. By the look of the scrawling, it's apparent he took his time, thought the lettering bears less of an elegant slant and more of a languid, liquored lean.

The letters are slow to arrive, but those replies are sent out to those who provided contact details.
[[Times in EST. I'm gonna have to actually be up and about at 8 AM[PST], but that honestly should be the case anyway.]]

[[I can move to 2 PM, unless there is reason to believe that there would be significantly less participation from being a bit later. If anyone has objections to 1100PST/1400EST/1900GMT, please let me know.

(( I can't make 2 PM. Morning EST is the only time I can do on sunday. Or really late night
Or rather I can make it, but I'd have to leave like 30 minutes in.))

[[Going to aim to run this at the initially announced time (0800PST/1100EST/1600GMT) and catch stragglers as they pop up. I can't guarentee we will start exactly on the hour, but it should be pretty close]] [[This event is open to everyone, regardless of if you actually treplied or not, but want to get into this plot thread and have a clue what it's about]]
