Just a thought with the higher end dungeons that take quite some doing to get to, particularly the Pyramid, the underwater ruins, and the dwarven ruins...
It takes at least 60 minutes to reach these dungeons, usually longer. This isn't bad but unfortunately if anything goes wrong once you're at the dungeons you get kicked back outside to the start of the trip. This means its difficult to just dust off and head in learning from mistakes. As you can see from trying to schedule DM events, its also difficult getting the crew together more than once a week.
I think it would be very good for morale if these dungeons and any others kicked you back to the rest point outside of them, rather than back to start. Specifically, Pyramid puts you at the camp outside of it, the dwarf ruins put you back in the warm valley, and the underwater ruins puts you back on the boat.

Doing this for pyramid and dwarven ruins. Originally there weren't rest spots with quick escape routes, so this wouldn't have worked out well. Underwater ruins is too short for me to add a respawn spot on the ship, plus the first sections are on-level.

oh, that reminds me:
Need a rest spot prior to boss fight in Pyramids- suggested place is~near the shortcut out. That is sure to be a death fight until it gets tweaked more; all xp and loot will likely be lost if that fight is attempted. Which means some frustrations will be expressed :/
(I've triggered the fight a few times, but never stayed the course once it got hairy, for the reason above)

There's already a rest spot on the third level before the stairs leading up to the boss.
