If you want to finish tweaking that I'll throw it in next update.

So by now you may have noticed that %chair has you sitting completely the other way.
If you don't feel like having to turn the opposite way to spawn the invisichair in the intended direction, or slowly swiveling your toon around to face the right way, just click the "turn chair" icon (the arrow circle) 8 times and the invisichair will face the correct way.

To piggyback off %chair being the topic.... Is there any way to make the invisi-chair's hitbox smaller? It seems to take up a massive amount of room and is very easy to misclick. I've ended up in people's laps a few times by accident. Insert jokes here. It is also difficult to select a character while they are sitting - though I'm not certain there is a way to fix that if making the hitbox of the chair smaller doesn't do the trick.

Gonna try setting the chair scale to 0.5 all around, hopefully it doesn't break the script.

I would quite like to see emotes inside the stars to show up as a different text colour, it's nothing desperately required but just makes reading RP that bit easier, for example *Performs an action* appears in green text, then any text outside of that remains white.

With the possible exception of green, I really like this. We wouldn't want to confuse anything with tells. Just use the same color that player names show up in, maybe?

Not everyone uses asterisks to emote, though. Some people use quote-style RP; some use [brackets] to denote their actions. Still others use phrases written in italics. I'd rather EoA not make one style more valid than another.
Folks who want their emotes to be in colored text can always use the colored text commands. <C=blue> Text. </c>

With the possible exception of green, I really like this. We wouldn't want to confuse anything with tells. Just use the same color that player names show up in, maybe? BGTSCC does it like that, making colored emotes identical as character names (light salmon), and I'm not too fond of it. It strongly encourages a specific emote style, to include the character name: " Rosalika Blackwood: smiles and waves". The ever-present colon doesn't really make that look good, and names don't show up in text bubbles, so it'd be: " smiles and waves" in those, lacking a capital letter, and who can do without those?! xP Some rather emote like: "*She smiles and waves*", which would become: " Rosalika Blackwood: She smiles and waves", which looks a bit odd due to the color. So I don't think using the same color is preferable! Sigil's colors are pretty nice and subtle: TL;DR: A color that is different than that of character names is preferable, imo! PS: To clarify and respond to FoogooFish, it should of course be an optional setting, as it is on all servers that implement it. You can try to include as many styles as possible, but it's just for those that like it (which I do). Constantly typing <c=blue>text</c> is... tedious. Maybe it would be possible to use several presets, depending on the RP style the player has.

Okay, I'll actually agree with you on that one everlight.
Foogoo, I get what you're saying about not wanting to force a particular emote style. I imagine if we did something like this, I would continue using quotes for speech, and just put asterisks around my emotes as well. It'd be a bit more work, but well worth it for the neatness. It might also be neat if the asterisks got edited out? Maybe not.
In either case, I imagine it would have to be on a toggle.

I've only seen it done with orange before and it works well enough, from my time in NWN I know people RP in different ways be it with * or [], I'm sure it could be made to work with both... What I'm not so sure about is when players types their actions out normals and put their speech in quotation marks.

I agree that I don't like the idea of one style of RP invalidating others.
Also; colored text looks tacky.

Maybe it would be possible to use several presets, depending on the RP style the player has. Maybe someone in the know how could alter the language system; instead of changing everything outside of the *emotes* it just alters the colour of the emote. Just a thought, I have no idea how difficult that'd be. Like others have said, as long as everyone can continue to use what they're familiar and comfortable with, I don't have an issue with including an option for players to have easier access to coloured text if that's their thang.
