Ice movement spams logs with rates and vectors

as noted, Fen and I both saw that when we visited the Frozen Lake, that the chat logs were spammed with an 'atan' float, and that our rounds of consecutive moment were tracked.

Once we left the ice itself, the numbers stopped.
