It's hard to gauge for sure, but I think Death Attack is not always working. I don't have access to the numbers for bleed pools, but I had the following today
> Target takes a tick for 15 bleed damage. (However much that means is in their pool) > Death Attack hits, applying an extra 13 bleed. Does not trigger the instant kill. > Targets take a total of 46 damage before dying.
So unless a bleed pool of less then 48 can make a 15 damage tick, then something didn't trigger when it should have. If it helps, it was a flanking attack, and it wasn't the first volley that triggered the flanking attack.

Description has a pretty big mismatch from what the ability actually does at the moment, not sure what to do with it right now but essentially all the benefits of the ability apply to the first volley only.

You could have it check the pool after every hit in the volley? Or if that's too much, have it check after the last attack in the volley?
