Information wanted on a serial killer whose modus operandi seems to be the preying upon those who turn skirt for coin, leaving them naught but a corpse bereft of hands.
I implore any with credible knowledge of this killers crimes or whereabouts to contact me, Grayson Belmonte, at the Cathedral of the Triad, that we might bring this killer the swift justice he deserves and make our streets that much safer once again.
In interest of closing this case quickly, I offer a small cash reward of one hundred dollars to the witness whose information leads to the killers apprehension.
