Sneak attack bleed doesn't seem to go higher than 1 no matter how long you are stealthed near something.
Frag Grenade even on hits doesn't seem to always do damage.

I'm guessing Frags are mitigated by Armor.

Maybe, but I don't think that's what he;s talking about, sometimes when tossing a grenade, it won't show anything other than the roll, and then does nothing. If it did damage, I would assume it would at least show the damage reduced in your combat log

I've noticed as well that frag grenades will often do no damage. I don't think I've actually had one do damage at all thus far, and that's on successfully targeted throws.

They can do damage, but are defiantly super weak right now. Especially compared to how strong Incidiaries are.

Sneak attacks do 1 at a time up to the max of 10. It's working as intended.

SA looks fine right now from a bit of testing. The solution to the fresh grenade problem is still elusive. Sometimes it seems to work great but other times, especially in sewer areas, it shows the fx and does nothing.

The damage bonus from Sneak Attack seems quite low tbh. Considering it takes as long as 5 rounds to rack it up to 10, and then 10 rounds for that damage to be dealt, it's a negiable bonus. Fighting any monster that regenerates health, the bonus damage is easily countered.
