Guten tag,
My name is Wolfgang Richter and I am a recent guest of Calidor. In truth I hail from the glorious kingdom of Saderia - long may she prosper, and long life to the Kaiser.
Recently I accompanied a small band of adventurers investing in an exploration trip to the Emerald Isles. I write to you from the village of Plenkton currently where I make this report of our findings in the vast and untamed jungles of this barbaric land.
While scouring the dark jungles, wherein we might have become prey for the predatory great-cats and giant arachnids, our adventuring party happened upon an ancient structure embedded in these uncharted depths.
After securing the perimeter we ventured within and explored the interior. By my estimation a structure so grand could only serve religious purposes - I might even speculate it to serve as a tomb. I suspect there was more to this structure than met the eye though only an archaeological investigation could truly discover its mysteries.
Unfortunately this site is infested by species I would venture to be undocumented by civilized men. At least, none of our company could identify it. The creatures are predatory and lizard-like. They nest as birds, but on the ground. I have included with this submission a sample of the creature.
I submit this report at the recommendation of one named Emmanuel Horncall, and consider myself at the service of the university in any further research.
Sincerely,
Wolfgang Richter

*A page is dedicated to a sketch of a stone monolith structure protruding rudely above the canopy of the jungle. It is overgrown with vines and in bad repair.*

*Herein, Wolfgang has sketched the interior - it seems to be single, square shaped room with a raised walkway skirting and a basin center accessed by four stairways - one on each side of the square.*
*A delicately packaged jar of alcohol preserve is submitted along with the report which contains the severed claw of a velociraptor.*
Sincerely,
Wolfgang Richter
*A basic but effective page of layman's cartography is included, providing the location of the structure within the jungles to the north-east of the village Plenkton*
