Like 5 min before I posted this, my asus laptop died a horrible and slow death, which isn't surprising, I bought it used when it was already 4 years old, and that was 3 years ago. I don't think I've ever seen a computer die right in front of me, it was a traumatizing event. Don't have a back up either, least not a pc, got a macbook. So like the title reads, it was fun while it lasted! Good luck with the server, I think it's great, and wish my laptop didn't decide to explode itself. Seeya round.
EDIT: Apparently, from what I read, nwn2 has a habit of incinerating video cards, on-board ones getting the worst. Makes sense, smelled kind of like metal being welded. =/

Its not nearly as easy as doing so on a pc, but if its just the graphics card and you have a little technical know-how, it may be able to be replaced.

I did manage to get a virtual machine thing going, but after I installed nwn2 and patched (patching alone was painful and took a while), when I open it, the screen goes black for like 30ish sec then it closes without any kind of error message or anything. As for technical know-how, I've never even seen the inside of a computer lol. I appreciate the suggestions though.
