I timed the mesh during a combat = less than 55 seconds (took me a few sec to react end of timer). Mesh lvl 53.
That's simply not practical for + min armor. Maybe if it was +20 minimum, but a waste of 16 batteries and an activation for +4 with a duration of less than one real-time minute [IMHO].
Edit: This means its duration is < 9 rounds. I'd suggest it be extended to at least 30+ rounds. Some combats may be standing in one spot, but often, of 10 rounds - many of the rounds are not effectively head-to-head slugging, especially with positioning and AI/lag effects.
