Found a few belts since the original introduction, but no interested merchants.
They are listed with a legit price tag (ie. not flagged stolen)

I've found the leather trader in the market takes them, I don't remember her name off the top of my head.

The dwarf who has the forge on the outskirts of the market area buys pretty much everything except engineering stuff (Defibs, Extinguishers etc)fairly certain he buys these.
