This doesn't appear to work at all, unless I'm not understanding the system properly.
Recovery potions heal up the unrecoverable damage that you take from each combat. Triage and first aid kits imply they also heal part of the unrecoverable damage, though no matter how much cumulative damage I remove with triage. (sometimes up to 13 points of it), nothing actually gets regenerated.

From what I understand and have seen you use that triage on yourself and say it removes 13 points of cumulative damage... next time you drink a recovery potion it will heal you back that much more than it normally would.

I've never noticed anyone's hp improve after using triage or a kit, cumulative or otherwise. Save in the case of using triage on downed party members, which stands them back up at 1 hp -- but only when in combat.

My recovery potions always seem to heal 20ish points of damage. Never significantly more than that.

Mine have never healed me for more than 10-11 HP.

It might be based on maximum HP, mine being at 130...
