For the most part, this dungeon feels really well balanced. Running it as a gunner with Oengus tanking, there were some close calls, but all went well, until I hit the final part of the dungeon, with the two axebeaks and the axebeak alpha. At this area, things take a large shift from balanced to frustrating. With a character that was well within the level range, those three birds were able to tear Oengus apart, and me soon after. Not super, super quickly, but quick enough that at best, I'd be able to get one down, and it certainly wouldn't be the alpha. What I would suggest is putting some more space between the two closer axebeaks, so that they don't immediately pull the alpha, because as it stands, those three together have put an end to two runs- One without the potions, one with. Those interested in helping test this dungeon, give me a poke. I'd love to hear other people's opinions on this place.
On a non-mechanics related note, the dungeon's rather nicely designed, and it has a level of lore to it that I wish was in more dungeons. All the bits and pieces I found in the dungeon that did nothing but expand the world were honestly pretty great, and I'll probably keep on trying this dungeon until I can make my way all the way through and find every possible lore bit. Honestly, more stuff like this in more dungeons would be amazing, but I do understand that it does require a fair amount of work.
On the whole, with that minor tweak, I think it'd be one kickass dungeon
