Or at least, I think they are bugs. Or unintended things.
1 - Just walking around the gunmen on the beach makes your Stealth xp keep going up. I managed to get to stealth 6 before I accidentally attacked one and they killed me.
2 -I seem to be doing more damage then I should. I dealt 24 (21 + 3 prevented by armor) damage on a non-crit with a 4-16 (Quarterstaff (1)) weapon, for example. I was a Military background character, with 3 in Two-Handed Weapon and the Power Attack feat, though I was not using it. (Not a bug)
3 -You gain stealth xp for stealthing around a dead bandit.
4 -Shooting with a Pistol (Not a revolver) seems to give One Handed And Shield xp instead of Marksmanship xp.
5 -Timed Strike's description does not mention the knockdown attempt if both attacks hit.
6 -Very high numbers of attack seem to break the AB numbers : With 221 in Two-Handed weapons, I have 6 attack per round: My character sheet stats that they should be done at +5/+0/-5/-10/-15/-20, but in testing I find myself with +13/+8/+3/-2/-7/-12.
7 -Using Timed Strikes breaks Momentum.

Thanks for the post!
- I'm going to set up some limits on how much stealth XP you can get for sneaking by someone. It will cap off fairly quickly but in return I'll also make it so sneak attacks give stealth XP instead of just weapon XP.
- Same story, gonna check for living enemies.
- Not resolved yet, but this looks like it stems from the fact that ranged XP is tied to bullets and your bullet disappears when you fire your last round.
- One of the branches of timed strikes does this, could be that the code isn't checking properly.
- Skills will be hard capped at 100. It's set so that characters never get in excess of three attacks, partially because NWN2 only allows three attack animations per round and partially so that parry mode remains useful forever.

Fixed 1/3, for 4 I found a potential cause and I'm pretty sure it's good now.
For timed strikes I couldn't reproduce the bug, which level did you have?
Not breaking momentum is a tough one, gonna have to rewrite it all later.

1- The test area doesn't allow you to buy those long rifles that everyone else seems to have.
2- The test area doesn't sell shotgun shells of either type.
3- The test area doesn't sell lockpicks.
4- Trying to level up Detection from the statue in the test area levels up Light Armor instead.

Fixed the last three for next reset (might be a day or two getting all the updates in). First one will go in once I write the item generator script for rifles, so far they're just in as NPC weapons.
