Important information for both players and eventually for listing on the wiki. How do these scale and exactly what bonuses do they provide.
Why would you care so much about specifics, you may ask? Well, it may be important to how you build. This info is fairly clear with mods and equipment, but shrouded in mystery with potions. So much that I'm only starting to investigate them now. I would have used them earlier, but with all the vague effects it is hard to justify the usefulness (especially with side-effects) and cost. For example, if someone was to commit to using, say, Metabolic Accelerant - of which one of the effects seems to be splitting of damage between Hp and Stamina- they could build a high stamina pool knowing that this could absorb much HP damage and allow regular HPs to remain lower while using this potion. They could know what benefits/ratios to expect with various tiers of potions and the associated costs and providers. And so on for other various special potions.

I've got a few lvl points to distribute and have been trying to run with various pots to understand if the special pots are really worth some extra tox investment. Now I've only been testing ~lvl20 pots... yet I haven't been terribly excited about the bonuses vs negatives.
Tox/Hp/stam can't be changed like feats, and as such it's pretty important to know the facts.
Some intended numbers would be nice to know, not only for point distribution, but to determine if the various pot have bug issues, etc. (I know this has been the case before).
