as touched on in the suggestion here: engines.freeforums.net/thread/2576/increase-quantity-consumable-drops-mobsThe Extractor currently weighs 14 lbs, for the ability to recover 8-15 of fuel per person in certain dungeons. Comparatively: A Skinning Knife recovers much more valuable reagents and armor materials for 2 lbs. A Defibrillator that allows for recovering from a near TPK weighs 10 lbs. An Extinguisher that functions as a weapon and removed incoming fire damage weighs 10. A Clockwork Detector that allows locating hidden goods with value at the rank of the dungeon (any dungeon) weighs 10. The result is an item that saves you about 3-6 bucks a dungeon, that weights half again as much as gear with tactical combat value or recovery of gear worth thousands. This in turn basically makes the extractor pointless, as with those 14 lbs you could have brought 140 fuel of your choice into the dungeon to start with and negated the need at all to concern yourself with the relative pittance of refueling in-dungeon assuming your gear uses the relevant fuel.

Never confirmed that it was 15 in game in the last post, it's supposed to be 5. I can take a look before next update.

Better, but the Extractor currently weighs 9 lbs. [Edit]: the template currently available in stores is now 5. Only existing extractors seems to weigh 9. Attachments:

Just needs to be added to the script that updates inventories, then. That'll be in next update.
