Unique quest rewards should have coloured names

I turned in the Salty Jack quest and was rewarded with a pistol.  I noticed, however, that dispite having 3 mods, it was a white-named item.

I would like to suggest that they get coloured names to make it generally obvious that Jack's Hand Cannon and the Templar Sword, etc. are modified items.
