Brought to my attention by gazoo , it appears that the damage from grenades has been significantly reduced. Possibly a result of the fix involved in the Tesla AoE fix, it seems that my fragmentation grenade damage has been halved, which would correspond to the the removal of the damage perks from 75 Demo and Explosive Damage 3. If correct, this would be either a 56% (1/(1.75*1.3)) or 52% (1/(1+0.75+0.3)) decrease in damage for me and varies for others, and seems to match the numbers I am seeing. Formerly, my fragmentation grenades would deal 60 damage average before armor with crits over 100, and are now straining to deal 30. Quite noticeably, the crit is not any higher than the range of the rest of the explosions, and I have no crit resistance. All explosives were fragmentation grenades tested on myself, with no Explosive Resistance, standing at the epicentre so as to accurately see maximum damage. Attachments:

I noticed it seemed to be about 1/2. So Kit has seen the same results With a variety of grenade types (didn't try fire, as that is mostly pool anyways)
I first noticed it on wyverns. They usually take ~30? cold from a cyro 1/2 radius. Today was ~12. Had to shrug and go pure melee. I though it could possibly be some variation on the wyvern base with resistance so wanted to do more testing.
But then frags and concussions are now about 1/2 too.
