I took the NPC tank from Plecken to the Pirate Cove where she died, and she does not appear to be respawning either at the dungeon exit or at her normal position in the Sand Bar. Wait about an hour.

ohh, that's because I grabbed her. I thought you were finished with Saskia since you were just outside the inn and she was shortly back in location. I figured you politely put her back to her starting location after use, like I do (otherwise they can stay for a while at the abandoned location). When in fact, it seems she respawned due to death. Pardons.
