I am currently wearing blue-dragon-hide boots and gloves, which should each grant +5% Electrical Immunity (stacking, I think)
My char sheet is currently showing 0% electrical immunity.
[edit] I stand corrected. after some fiddling, I realize that it is merely the boots that do not grant immunity, as when I equipped the gloves my electrical immunity showed 5%
