I'm not sure if it's just an unclear delineation of how big the cone is supposed to be, but I've been seeing really whacky allocations of damage against clusters with the Cryo Launcher. In one test I did, it hit three guys standing in a line perpendicular to the effect, but not the gladiators in front or behind them, or the fighter in melee with me standing in the visual spray. In the first and second screenshots (CryoLauncherLimit1 and 2), Only three targets are hit, with no distinct correlation between the visual effect and the targets hit. It is reasonable to consider that the cone is actually rotated counterclockwise of the VFX, which just seems like it would cause confusion. In the third screenshot, however, the cone is coherent and affecting 5 targets all under the cone, but was the same use as the second shot, but seems to have somehow drifted clockwise?

The cone ticks twice as fast as damage comes, and every second tick just adds "freeze" without damaging. The switch flipping between the two was running every target rather than every full tick, so that should be fixed for next update.
