Uses the frag radius which is much bigger than the concussion radius. So if you really don't know your distance, it's a handicap.

Because the Grenade Launcher ability is fixed, I don't think it is possible to adjust spell templates in-script. However, if you are using my modified spell templates, the maximum radius of a Concussive Grenade is exactly the second ring from the middle.

Hmm. It's set for a number of differing grenade types so I wouldn't be surprised if there was some way to make this fix.
As for the template: I've got a couple things in the override (nicer darkvision, some gui for larger screen resolution) and I want to minimize the source of conflicts, especially since I use the client. Further, expecting a new player to dl and use mods that are not intrinsic to the PW is a poor fix. If that mod is actually supported and dl'd with the files - that's a different matter.
(The mods I currently have are just nice visual fixes, not intrinsic to operating the equipment. If they were essential, then I'd say the same about them.)
But that said, GL is not high on my need list and I am simply reporting the bug. And it is good that the template is mentioned, as it might help others looking at the thread.

By 'Fixed', I mean that the ability itself checks a single line in the spells.2da for its spell template (specifically lines 2527 and 2532, Targeting UI). Short of having a separate ability for every loadable grenade, the spell template is going to be the same for all of grenade types.
Unless you currently have a spell template over-ride, the two .tga files in the zip are not going to cause a resource conflict. I never intended it to be mandatory and still don't, it really is only an ease of use thing that helps calculating falloff rates. If anything, it's closer to a player-side hack than a required tool. With practice on the standard arcane-styled spell template you can place concussives perfectly, it just lacks the visual cues.

The spell template thing could possibly be fixed but it can't be done with just scripts. I might try to include it next time I work on the hotbar UI.
