It seems that the "Training Limit Reached" is hit easily and often.
I am currently testing with my Lockpicking (20), and taking to Leif (T1 lockpicking trainer).
Per my understanding, he should be able to at least offer to 25, if not 40, depending on the changes.
I have not trained any skills in over a week, and should in theory have some leeway to train a skill.
However, whenever I discuss training, I am informed "You have reached your training limit, you can try again at a later time".
It is unclear to my what the training limit is or how quickly it may return, and seems likely to be a point of confusion for less familiar players to the system.
