I have noticed that some belts are worth almost nothing. In example, I have taken screenshots of two belts I had in my possession today. Both are rank 52, and act like rank 52 munitions belts. However, one is worth 26 bucks to sell, and the other is worth well over 260. I have included a comparison for both in the Improve screen, with the bugged belt on the top, the unbugged belt in the middle, and a draft for a new identical belt on the bottom. As I am primarily acting in mercantile capacity, I have no idea where these belts come from. However, the issue affects a substantial portion (perhaps 30%) of belts I see. I can provide the bugged belt(s) if rquired for further investigation, but I have no real idea how that might help without knowing which area or nodes drop them. Attachments:

This is what I get when examining the bugged belt with 50 lbs of ammo equipped. The Description is the old variant, but the weight indicates that it is functioning correctly. Attempting to update the description with %desc results in being informed "Item does not have dynamic description settings available". Attachments:

I mean comparing the descriptions of the two items at the time you saw them with different store prices.

The Properties List (at the bottom of the description pane) is identical for both belts; both use Base Item:Belt, and show the correct weight per the current belt reduction script.
The only visible differences on any form that I can identify are the description in the main pane (the bugged belts list 20% reduction while the normal ones list 30+%) and the cost (bugged belts are worth very little, while the normal belts are at their correct value).
If you are looking for a detail outside of their Base Item, Weight, Description, Sale Value, or Craft Value; you will need to include how or what I should be looking for.
The bugged belts always have the reduced price, so it isn't a spontaneous change. I am using them for their function without improving them, since it costs so much compared to using a functional belt, and therefore have them available if you want to take a look at the items from the DM client.

Closing as "Obselete bug".
Verdict was that these belts are originating from before the belt overhaul pass was implemented. If evidence comes forth that belts are near-worthless and being spawned in current loot sources, we can take a look at the evidence.
Otherwise, I'm just going to assume it's from pre-belt-overhaul and sell it for cheap.
