I'm on the 5500 character level. When I went from 84 to 85 block, I was rewarded 625cxp. Normally I get 900xp for my lead skill and 450xp for my trailing skills, which is what I saw on this same trip as 2-handed hit 87 and First Aid hit 85. I also received 450xp as block went from 83 to 84. Unfortunately the exact readout was eaten by the combat log before I could screenshot.
