I only found one, but it could be a doozy.
Bugged ammo - When you use the reload ability if you move when it creates the separate stack of ammo in the inventory it won't load them into the ammo slot. When you go to use it again, it will move 5 more bullets onto the previous stack then load both, unless you move again which you can do for all 50 bullets in a stack. (I only bothered getting it to 25 rounds loaded in a rifle at once) Once in they fire as normal.
This same bug applies to other guns, I did the same with a Carbine and had 100 bullets loaded at once.

Very good catch, I knew about the moving issue but not that it was exploitable. Going to need to spend some time on this one.

Sneak attackz;
When you're stealthed near more then one enemy, you build up sneak attack against all of them, and coming out of stealth and using your sneak attack against one, doesn't exhaust it against the rest, so as you change targets, your sneak attack will remain charged, allowing you to pass around your sneak attack to each present enemy, long after you've left stealth.
I'm not sure if this is working as intended, but I thought I'd put it down anyways.

Gonna leave this in for now, later there'll be a time limit so one option for rogues will be to jump out of stealth and try to hit everyone in one or two rounds.

Just infront of my character there at the bottom of the stairs the walkmesh is broken, so if you enter the craft hall, you can never leave!
