How does two weapon rend work? for example can two weapon rend crit when it procs is it another attack or is it just an added piece of dmg ? If it can crit does something like mercurial core affect the damage?
Twin strike- Does it just take the higher of the two crit multipliers when critting? Or does it use both somehow? How is the damage combined... if you have two weapons that deal 4-16 does that mean your twin strike is going to do 8-32 before armor ?
TBC, this is all I got for now

Twin Strikes only crits on natural 20s, as far as I know. That's probably the same for all abilities.

My dual wield is 39, I'm using a 44 and a 41 weapon. My bar is still black and I have 1 talent point invested into the dual wield tree at the moment as I'm rather heavily invested into the medium armor tree with the rage feats. Doing Wyler runs every night... Dual wield is still a black bar. How long before I start seeing the bar? Should I take a few abilities out of medium armor and put them into dual wielding? Am I even getting XP at this point ? I have no way to tell.

RP to get some bonus XP. Use the command %getbonus to track your bonus XP value. This will tell you when you're getting XP from combat.

Double attacks for two weapon fighting base their attack and critical profiles off the main hand weapon.
You're probably getting two weapon XP. The ability requirements only hold for methods of getting XP that dont involve fighting.

Hmm, do weapon abilities show their threat rolls? Thought I saw a scimitar not crit on 18 or 19s before, but that would explain why.

Alright so the ability thing is prolly why my stealth and detect aren't moving and haven't been moving for weeks. However if that is the case my demolitions has been stuck at 38 for easily 3 weeks or more now. Don't have any abilities invested in it... but it is a combat skill no?
Also one part of two weapon rend question that you didn't seem to answer... is the two weapon rend proc an attack that has to hit or is it just some dmg that gets tacked on when procced? And the damage! You say its based off the main hand weapon... so something like twin strike ... it just doubles your main hand's dmg as its potential dmg for the attack?
