Something goofy seems to often happen with spawns on a map, there seems to be a delay before they'll start to spawn. This shows especially in the cemetery, a modest sized group will clear the crypt, then leave, as they're making their way out, nothing spawns at first, groups spreads out even a little bit at this point, and you'll suddenly end up with 3 spawns simultaneously popping up, each one having a dozen undead in it. Nobody can tank that many at once, and you can't kite because the blob is so heavy that if you move anywhere you'll likely trigger more spawns.
I'm not necessarily saying the spawns should be nerfed, but I feel like the delay should be removed, if it's intentionally in there and not a bug.
