At level 37, these interesting but risky potions have a cost to craft ten times (10x) the cost of normal, equal level potions.
That is a lot of money - especially when they don't purchase a complete stack, but a half stack, making them more expensive still in comparison.
While the effects are amazing, the risks are also amazing, and the potions don't see as much use, in part because of price - a lot of money and the potion wears off if you get downed, which is more likely when you are running bloody murder.
Perhaps a reduction in the special potion price to make it a little more competitive or at least approachable, would be suitable?

What kind of numbers did you have in mind?

As to that, I couldn't guess, but for that 10x time price jump, you get half the amount of potions - now, thankfully, they last until rest, which is powerful, but with the half amount of potions, it's even more pricey to make them. Add on more expenses from the ingredients, and it puts it out of reach. This is also keeping in mind that the potions are only level 37 - and five potions cost over 500 dollars total.

I don't think they compare very well to other potions, not sure why it's relevant how much more or less they cost to make. If you're able to determine that the current price is out of reach, what price do you think would make them within reach?

I would suggest making the price tag on par with the nightvision potions, maybe a bit more expensive? I'm not sure if it's a bug or WAI that nightvision lasts a very long time, and those potions are already more expensive than the health/recovery/stamina ones. For the special potions, IMO the rarity of the reagents should be enough to bar someone from carelessly quaffing the potions.

I'll give it a shot with a scheme that's a bit more similar to the NV potions, no promises on how that'll turn out till I see how the costs look in practice though.
