I suppose my point is that when you see somebody walking down the street in blue they are a person just wearing blue. People wear blue, cops wear blue. That person wearing blue may or may not be a cop, or they might just be going to the cubs (blue) game. Maybe they are a cop going to the cubs game. Maybe they are a cardinals fan (red) who lost a bet and now have to wear a cubs jersey. Just chill and role play it out, yo. This. Zesiro wears her blues, has no expectation of people in the CCPD to be wearing blue. She learns who they are through roleplay, as she learns who the crowders and chesters are through roleplay. And when she puts on her purple and black tunic, it isn't a declaration of her affinity to the priory, it's her liking the color purple. I like things the way they are, optional colors (Even uniforms if PC's wanted to coordinate on it), but no requirement.

So we're back to where we started, with people being able to pick choose colors of they want. On an aside, there were other reasons I cooked up the whole color thing... You'll see. Player autonomy and independence are very important to us, as a team, so we'll stick to this and if it becomes an actual problem instead of a curiosity on my part, then we'll deal with it.

Why not change the colour of the chars name, re faction alignment, then uniform is RP choice esp for the more chaotic/individualist members, or those factions which do not require a uniform as such.
